Ballet, whose visas were refused by the French Embassy at the beginning of July 2023.
The National Folk Ensemble "Viorica" is one of Moldova's national ballets. Of exceptional
quality, "Viorica" is an ode to the richness and nostalgia of the Moldovan soul. The show
combines the cultural traditions of the Moldovan people with those of the Ukrainian,
Russian, Bulgarian, Gagauz and Gypsy national minorities. In summer, Moldavia is
covered in flowers, particularly roses. Every event - life, death, baptism - is an
opportunity to cover people and sometimes even horses in a profusion of flowers. The
group's hundreds of costumes and the magic of an orchestra featuring some of the most
virtuoso musicians in this young country will leave you in awe.
